 The current version of Spim (7.1) compiles fine, but does not run, exiting
 with a segmentation fault. xspim just hangs using around 70% cpu.
 There should be an easy fix to this, as I have found a site hosting a
 working build with source and a patch:
 http://inst.eecs.berkeley.edu/~spim/precompiled/MacOSX/
