 I don't think I have any modifications made to MacPorts setup. I checked
 my /usr/local to see if there are any strange stuff that might affect it
 but nothing.
 I tried the following instruction:

 {{{
 /opt/local/bin/ruby -rvendor-specific extconf.rb --with-mysql-
 config=/opt/local/bin/mysql_config5
 checking for mysql_ssl_set()... yes
 checking for mysql.h... yes
 creating Makefile
 }}}

 And this worked out fine (?). Is the above what's expected?
