 Update of https://trac.macports.org/ticket/12447
 (which doesn't appear in macports - why not?)

 This is an update submission from pydb-1.22 to pydb-1.23

 I propose a change of name from py-db to pydb (it's proper name?).  I was
 frustrated by no response from {{{port search pydb}}} and only found this
 port ticket (12447) by google search.  So, I propose the port should be
 called pydb, as it is referred to as such everywhere.  I'm not certain the
 general convention of py-<package> should apply in this case.

 I'm offering to be included as a package maintainer.
