 I attempted to upgrade bison to version 2.4 but I see the following
 activation error:

 activation.

 My understanding is that ports should not be installing charset.alias. So
 both ports should be fixed. I've assigned this to bison's maintainer
 because it was updated most recently. But nagios-plugins should also be
 fixed - I've cc'ed the maintainer.
