 Attached is a proposal to modify the use of perl in curl-ca-bundle.[[BR]]
 The changes are:
  * perl5 would be the default perl port (as described in #16830).
  * p5-mime-base64 does not seem to be needed (Perl 5.8.8 seems to provied
 the package).
  * Make it explicit which perl is being used.
