 When the PortGroup perl5 is updated to depend on perl5, then I believe
 this will happen automatically.[[BR]]
 Each p5- port will depend on perl5, so when perl5 is upgraded, they will
 have to be upgraded as well into the correct directory.[[BR]]
 Unless, of course, the user enters port -n upgrade perl5.

 Am I characterizing the upgrade process correctly?
