 uclatools is a set of utilities for the manipulation, processing, and
 conversion of common MRI related image formats both legacy and current.

 Most of the utilities were written by Mark S. Cohen of UCLA's Center for
 Cognitive Neuroscience (http://www.ccn.ucla.edu/BMCweb/SharedCode/).

 It also includes a workable implementation of XDS by Tim Davis.
