 The current version of Haddock will not build with the updated ghc port
 (6.10.1). It fails at the configuration step. The current version of
 haddock is now 2.4.1 as of November 6, 2008. It appears that at least
 2.3.0 is required to support ghc-6.10.1 according to the release notes.
