 Cairo 1.8.2 with no_x11 option is still trying to bring in xrender.

 I don't have the macports x11 installed and don't wish to.  When
 attempting to upgrade all installed ports cairo is trying to bring in
 xrender even though the port is marked with the no_x11 variant.
