 Cairo attempts to provide an interface to the ATSUI API, which isn't
 present in 64-bit Mac OS X. Here is a patch to #ifdef out the ATSUI code
 when compiling for 64-bit.

 This has been reported to the Cairo project's bugzilla:

 https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15702

 but they have yet to act on that patch.
