Comment:

 pspp added in r41803, at 0.6.1 per #17174.

 Note I made a couple of changes: removed extract.suffix since .tar.gz is
 the default, and added a post-destroot phase to delete the
 lib/charset.alias file (other ports also try to install this, so it needs
 to be removed).
