 I would suggest running the upgrade command without the "-n" switch.

 The SuiteSparse upgrade (r41628) would have introduced a minor
 incompatibility with octave.[[BR]]
 To avoid this, octave was patched at the same time (r41630).[[BR]]
 The patch, however, is incompatible with the old SuiteSparse.

 To upgrade octave, SuiteSparse must be upgraded as well.

 I made the changes to SuiteSparse and octave, so please let me know if
 this works.
