 In the list of mirror sites (mirror_sites.tcl), the Perl section has a few
 items on the list that need attention.

 This mirror:
 ftp://ftp.is.co.za/programming/perl/CPAN/modules/by-module/
 ...has reorganized slightly; the URL should now be:
 ftp://ftp.is.co.za/programming/perl/modules/by-module/

 Also, I have had repeated trouble connecting to the FTP servers below in
 any way (not just the given directories).  I would imagine that the best
 course of action is to keep watching these two, and if they haven't
 started working again in a week or two, delete them from the list.
