 AquaTerm does not currently use the xcode PortGroup and use the [#12914
 `cd` TCL procedure]. Furthermore, it always build universally and it does
 not install where it should.

 Changes:
  * Ported to xcode-1.0 PortGroup.
  * Disabled universal build by default.
  * Do not use the `cd` procedure (see #12914).
  * Now installs the framework into `${prefix}/Library/Frameworks`.
