 Attached port:
  * changes dependency on mpeg4ip to libmp4v2 in a way that
    will allow either to satisfy the dependency

 See #13879 for reasons for this change.

 However, I wonder if the dependencies on faad2 and libmp4v2 are needed at
 all as it appears that aacgain uses its own private versions of these
 libraries and ignores the external ones entirely.
