 I've tried out a custom Portfile to upgrade to 3.0.10, and I was able to
 build after

 - changing the version number

 - commenting out the patchfiles line

 - updating the checksums

 I was then able to kill off my current privoxy (3.0.8) and run this one
 from the build directory with no observed problems.  I didn't go through
 the full install procedure in case there was some other change that might
 be needed prior to upgrading.
