 xmkmf is not part of the standard XQuartz package from
 http://xquartz.macosforge.org, so macports needs to have an option for it
 and add:

 build_depend bin:xmkmf:xmkmf to Ports that will use it (Xaw3d and tightvnc
 are ones I can think of offhand)
