New description:

 The screenshot and description of Trac in the documentation appear to be
 outdated:[[BR]]

 When I am using Trac today, I don't see any "Assign to:" field, and I have
 a "Port:" field, which is not mentioned in the guide.  The "type:" drop-
 down menu is now below the editor rather than above it.
 Attached is a screenshot of how Trac appears as of Sat 6 September.
