 The "Port" field was added recently, after I last updated the screenshot
 in the guide. The screenshot should be updated and the "Port" field should
 be mentioned.

 The "Assign To" field is another story. It used to be a drop-down menu but
 then changed to a text field for performance reasons. But I didn't know
 normal users couldn't see it. The question is: why do we have it
 configured that way? I think it makes sense to allow everybody to assign
 tickets, just as the instructions in the Guide say to.
