Comment:

 mysql5 was updated to 5.0.67 in r39173, so your ports tree is out of date.
 You just need to "`sudo port sync`" to update your ports tree. Then you
 can try installing mysql5 again.

 Be sure to also check the output of "`port outdated`"; I expect you'll
 have many outdated ports, each of which  you should "`sudo port upgrade`".
