Comment:

 Looks like the rlog distfiles have moved to
 [http://code.google.com/p/rlog/downloads/list google code] and only 1.4 is
 available; until the port is updated for the move & new version, you can
 use the [wiki:ProblemHotlist#Fetchfailures fetch failures workaround] to
 get 1.3.7 from the MacPorts mirror.
