 One possible (really ugly) short term solution is to copy Xregion.h from
 ${filespath} to ${worksrcpath}.[[BR]]
 Xregion.h seems to be all structs and macros.

 A better long term solution might be to change xrender dependency from
 port:... to lib:...[[BR]]
 I brought this up in #17453.
