 The fetch of desktop-file-utils fails for me, during an install of gimp.

 I believe that this is a case problem in the url, probably due to a
 project site change. The [http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/desktop-
 file-utils/releases/ fetch link] redirects to a wiki error page, while the
 [http://www.freedesktop.org/Software/desktop-file-utils/releases/
 lowercase version] links to an httpd file listing.
