 compiling llvm-gcc42 without --with-gxx-include-dir=/usr/include/c++/4.0.0
 seems to partially fix the problem. I still have to specify a bunch on
 directories (-I /opt/local/include/gcc42/c++/ -I
 /opt/local/include/gcc42/c++/i386-apple-darwin8.11.1/
 -L/opt/local/lib/gcc42/) but it's now able to compile any C++ source I
 tried.
