 I'm volunteering myself as maintainer for the "file" port.  I've made the
 following changes for 4.26:

 - Update Portfile to 4.26
 - Simplify the implementation of the with_default_names variant
 - Rebase the existing lzma patch, and add a note that it's only for a
 future version of lzma
 - Add file.h patch from upstream's CVS to fix "duplicate symbol _li"
 errors when building on Mac
