 Don't commit this
 latest git version has seen gtk and avc2avi removed from core. there will
 no longer be a gtk gui that comes with x264
 Also they have reworked the subme system, so all new versions of x264 will
 break existing code that people have written so far.

 Its better to have a newer x264 without the gui, avc2avi and new subme
 system
