 Seems to compile OK, except for the following two issues:

 exiv2 did not recognize expat.h (I have the expat 2.0.1
 port installed), even when I explicitly pointed to its
 location using --with-expat=/opt/local/include.
 So I had to use --disable-xmp, which causes exiv2
 not to require expat.

 exiv2 did not find gettext, even though I have the
 gettext 0.17 port installed. So language support
 was disabled, and the build ended with
 {{{
 cd po && make
 make[1]: Nothing to be done for `all'.
 }}}
 Other than that, it seemed to build OK.
