 Video support in webkit-gtk is optional, Hence i have made it a variant
 along with other variants (experimental svg, no svg)

 this should decrease the number of dependencies to install webkit-gtk.

 I haven't updated the webkit to latest nightly bild as it requires libXt,
 which currently doesn't compile(#14249)

 Also taking over as maintainer
