 I don't have the expertise with ruby macports to say that this will work,
 but it's a quick attempt to get ruby DBI working with postgresql83.  See
 the other ticket on this here:

 I hope that another maintainer with more ruby experience can make this
 work.  I don't have experience and time to get it all done.
