 All postgresql83* ports fail with the following:

 I have done a {{{sudo port sync}}} and {{{sudo port clean --all
 <portname>}}} followed by a {{{port install <portname>}}} to try and
 resolve the issue, but with no success.

 I assume this has something to do with the recent release of
 [http://www.postgresql.org/docs/8.3/static/release-8-3-4.html PostgreSQL
 8.3.4].
