Comment:

 Fixed in r41071, r41072 and r41074.
 I've just checked, rb-cgi_multipart_eof_fix is required because the gem
 dependency system doesn't allow for a conditional dependency (if ruby <=
 1.8.5, require cgi_multipart_eof_fix), and the mongrel gem therefore
 always requires the cgi_multipart_eof_fix gem.
