Comment:

 Blame Canonical for giving their new RCS the same name as an existing
 incompatible one. Unfortunately renaming ports is fraught with pain
 because we don't have a Debian-style 'replaces' directive. I've made it
 clear in the description that this is baz, not bzr, in r41116.
