 Sorry, we can scrap this port for now.  This port will be an update to
 port:libpqxx, which will follow the most recent release candidate.  There
 will be a new port:libpqxx26 for backward compatibility if other ports
 depend on the 2.6.? releases.  I'm told, to date, there are no
 dependencies on libpqxx (how do you list them, if any?).

 I did not find any links to the NewCommittersGuide in the main guide (am I
 blind or what?), thanks for that!  I'll start with that and see how it
 goes.
