Comment:

 Looks like the tukaani.org server may be having issues at the moment; you
 can use the tips on [wiki:ProblemHotlist#Fetchfailures fetch failures] to
 force the download from the MacPorts mirror.  Marking dup of #15456 since
 that's what will fix using distfiles.macports.org automatically.
