Comment(by febeling at macports.org):

 It seems like 1.9.1-preview1 is one step closer to a stable ruby 1.9
 release, after the mailing list annoucement, so I will upgrade as
 requested. The "preview1" may sound as not really suitable for a port
 install, but ruby19 is a bit in a development branch spirit anyway, so I
 think it's ok. If anybody disagrees please make yourself heard.
