 trac should check the (syntactical) validity of e-mail addresses in ticket
 submissions, e.g. in "Owned by" and Cc fields. In practice, it should
 check that they contain a @ (and only one).

 As trac requires full e-mail addresses, contrary to Portfiles, this check
 would be useful since it is easy to do a mistake.
