 Unable to reproduce the issue today. The checksum is fine over here.

 It looks like permuted.net, where cdparanoia's distfile is hosted, was
 suspended (judging by the URL to which you were redirected), but it must
 have been fixed by now. Please try again:

 sudo port install cdparanoia
 }}}
