Comment:

 I still don't understand why relative links instead of absolute ones in
 ${prefix}/bin are problematic. However, it was convenient to make this
 change in the process of dealing with the second issue in #14600, so this
 is fixed in r39951 (for mysql5) and r39952 (for mysql5-devel).
