 Looks to me like you need to upgrade apr (before buidling the new apr-
 util).

 Try this:

 sudo port -f uninstall apr-util
 sudo port clean --all apr-util
 sudo port -f uninstall apr
 sudo port clean --all apr
 sudo port install apr
 sudo port install apr-util
