 vtk5 current version in ports is 5.0.3. The attached diff updates
 the vtk5 from version 5.0.3 to version 5.2.0. This is the latest stable
 release. The patch patch-Rendering-vtkCocoaRenderWindow.mm transforming
 long into GLint is not necessary anymore and should be deleted. readline
 is now listed as a dependency as some parts of vtk5 links with -lhistory.
