Comment:

 The port got updated to version 5.2.0 in #16613, but BUILD_SHARED_LIBS and
 VTK_TCL_LIBRARY_DIR:FILEPATH did not get changed. I'm guessing this still
 needs to be done. Perhaps someone could test and attach an updated patch.
