 The ecl port has actually two issues: one is ecl itself not finding gmp
 due to its own Makefile.in bug (needs a patch, I'll try to get it merged
 upstream), and the other is that DESTDIR is now supported by Makefiles, so
 the reinplace expressions in pre-destroot actually break the build.  Patch
 to fix both is attached.
