New description:

 I get the following error when I try to 'sudo port install deluge':

Comment:

 Make sure your python25 port is up to date (2.5.2_5, use {{{port installed
 python25}}} to see what you have).  Then, make sure you have the
 python_select port installed and that you've run {{{sudo python_select
 python25}}}.  Once done, clean py25-numpy then try installing again.
