 LAME 3.98.2 was recently released. I'm attaching an updated portfile.

 I also removed the my_version mess, as it looks like they aren't going for
 consistent naming in their downloads, and I've updated the livecheck regex
 to include a third point version (though at the moment their download page
 still says 3.98.1).
