 Due to an invalid path in '/opt/local/share/zabbix/zabbix_agentd.init' the
 zabbix_agentd process is never called.
 The init script references '/opt/local/'''bin'''/zabbix/zabbix_agentd'
 where is the actual agent is installed in
 '/opt/local/'''sbin'''/zabbix/zabbix_agentd', see example patch:
