 It seems that git has changed and now cogito can't find the git commands.

 For example from within a git repo:

 $ cg log
 /opt/local/lib/cogito/cg-Xlib: line 926: git-symbolic-ref: command not
 found
 /opt/local/lib/cogito/cg-Xlib: line 238: git-repo-config: command not
 found
 /opt/local/lib/cogito/cg-Xlib: line 926: git-symbolic-ref: command not
 found
 Invalid id: HEAD

 It seems to be known and solvable with a patch, see
