 perl5 was initially created to be the latest maintenance release of perl,
 which is still 5.8.9 until 5.10.1 is released.[[BR]]
 So the plan at this point is to
   * Wait until 5.10.1 is out.
   * Change perl5.8 so it does not conflict.
   * Have perl5 install software instead of being a stub package.
