 Building of py25-shogun works perfectly on a fresh install of MacPorts
 1.7.1, however the install phase fails.

 I have attached a build log. As a side note, doing:

 "touch
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_release_ports_python_py25-shogun/work/destroot/opt/local/src/configure"

 results in the installation completing successfully.

 Importing the module in python works and shows the proper diagnostic
 information for Shogun, however trying to use the module fails. I have
 also included an example of failed dialog.
