Comment:

 I am not sure what your request is. These new features are always compiled
 in and can be enabled in your `~/.bashrc` or `~/.bash_profile`

 For example, I use personally:
 {{{
 # Bash 4.0
 if [ $BASH_VERSINFO -ge 4 ]; then
     # Completion, ** expands recursively
     shopt -s globstar
 fi
 }}}

 Or do you want to add a `${prefix}/etc/bashrc` which enabled these
 features?

 Please include the maintainer in CC next time on filing tickets or at
 least set the port field. I only found this ticket now by coincidence.
