 In ticket emails, It would be nice to be able to substitute the #nnn or
 rnnn forms of ticket references with a link to the ticket in trac. SVN-
 Notify even appears to support something like this with its ticket_map
 option.

 For a given bug number 1234, the following text should be converted into a
 link to the ticket, if found in the log message:

    #1234
    r1234

 This follows trac's own internal substitution conventions.
